   Online orders made by a credit card are processed immediately and shipped within 7-10 business days. This excluding weekends and holidays.

   Orders that are paid by money order, online checks, or personal check are shipped 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

   For faster delivery we can ship your order via next day air. This is an extra charge.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. All returned items MUST be returned no more than 30 days from date of original sale and MUST be preapproved. You will be given a return number from one of our sales people items returned with out this number will NOT be accepted! After you have got your return number you ned to send the item back in the original packaging if possible. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and breakable items should be insured.

Once the returned items are received, we will then exchanged items or give you and instore credit for the returned items minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.


All Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Q. Is shopping online safe?

A. When you are ready to finalize your order, or in other words submit your personal and credit card information, you will be transferred to a "Secure" Server.
